Contracts Operations Manager
Paul is a retired Fire Service senior manager with 30 years’ experience of service within Local Authority Fire Service. Paul has a wide range of experience advising on strategy, contingency, resilience and resource planning, preparing and providing briefings to all levels of workforce and management. He has extensive experience of operating in time critical work environments and incident-based events, operating within policy guidance, health & safety requirements and legislation.
He is also an experienced instructor, preparing and delivering training within an ever-changing fire service and local government environment.
